Collaborating On Your Workspace

Supademo is most valuable when it’s used and leveraged across teams in multiple departments. This way, Supademo becomes a collaborative, best practice, single source of truth when it comes to product demos, product tutorials, guidance, and enablement content.

This guided showcase will walk through:

  • Roles, permissions, licensing
  • Organizing content by folders and subfolders
  • Collaborating on Supademo with commenting
  • Merging, duplicating, transferring Supademos

✨ 3 tips and tricks from the Founder

Tip 1. Use comments to collaborate on Supademos Collaborate and iterate on your team's Supademos by leaving comments and reactions in the edit page. Create threads, resolve comments, or even copy links to specific comments - complete with email notifications to keep you in the loop.
Tip 2. Organize your team's library with folders Folders and subfolders are ideal ways to keep your workspace organized by department, role, or use case. This turns your workspace into a living library and a best practice for your entire team to leverage.
Tip 3. Invite others onto your workspace as Viewers Do you have other members of the team that would benefit from viewing analytics, finding relevant Supademos, or resharing existing content? Add them as a workspace Viewer, which is a free seat with view-only permissions.
