Updating and Maintaining Your Supademo
One of the main benefits of Supademo is it’s modular, maintainable nature. Since Supademo is a collection of steps grouped together, content can be updated on the fly — whether it’s voiceovers, text annotations, chapters, links, or the images or videos themselves. All without having to duplicate work.
There’s also multiple ways to update your Supademo — whether it’s via replacing steps, merging, adding one demo to another, or copy and pasting with keyboard shortcuts.
This guided showcase will walk through:
- Replacing steps via uploads (images, video)
- Copying and pasting steps from a new recording
- Merging or Adding Supademo to another
✨ 3 tips and tricks from the Founder
Tip 1. Yes - you can simply add or replace steps!
One of the best parts of Supademo is how modular and maintainable it is vs. video. If you have an outdated slide, text, or section, you can simply replace it with another screenshot or recorded step.Tip 2. Use keyboard shortcuts
Use CTRL to select multiple slides or use CTRL/CMD + X/C to copy and paste between multiple Supademos quickly. For a quick snapshot of all available keyboard shortcuts, click the "?" button on the bottom right of your Supademo workspace and choose "Keyboard shortcuts".Tip 3. Merge, add one Supademo to another, or copy and paste
Easily merge multiple Supademos together by selecting multiple Supademos, add one Supademo to another, or even copy and paste specific steps from one Supademo to another with keyboard shortcuts. Simply use the function that best aligns with your intent/use case! You've made it to the end of our Academy 🎉
